The land was owned by one family for over 40 years. These 120 acres is such an amazing site with high ground running in the middle of the parcel. The ON X Hunt app shows the elevation level changing from 1320 ft high above sea level in the middle and 1280 as the lowest on the sides. Aitkin county owns the land on the north, west and south sides of the private paradise. The middle area looks to have been farmed for hay in the past. The building site has a good garage and pole shed, but the rest has not been maintained. The trailer house is a tear down. Most loan companies will not finance this because the trailer does not have the title for it. Sellers don't know where it is. There is an old house and a hip roof barn that are bad also. Seller says the septic tank was collapsed a while back. There is an electric power pole in the yard area. He says years ago they had a well there. but does not know where it is. there is no sign at the property.
