  • Required: A dock slip on Lake Minnetonka

They would also consider Villas on Lost Lake or The Landings on Lost Lake if the home offers closer to 3,000 finished square feet.

An out-of-town buyer is looking in Linden Hills or Wayzata. A condo, townhome, or single-family home could work.

Two preapproved buyers are seeking off-market single-family homes in Wayzata, Excelsior, Maple Plain, Hamel and the Medina area, Orono, Long Lake, and Edina.
