Landmark Wayzata is a proposed mixed-use redevelopment located at 200 Lake Street East, the former TCF Bank site in downtown Wayzata. Designed by ESG Architecture & Design and developed by Lake West Development, the project aims to transform this underutilized property into a dynamic residential and commercial hub with walkable access to Lake Minnetonka and the heart of downtown.

Project Overview

The Landmark Wayzata proposal includes approximately 50 luxury condominiums, 23,690 square feet of ground-level commercial space, underground and surface parking, and generous public amenities such as covered viewing plazas and open green space. The development prioritizes high-end architecture, pedestrian-friendly design, and environmental best practices to enhance the Lake Street corridor.
